1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the betone website, or placing any wager on the betone platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and betone. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the betone platform in any capacity.

betone reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betone will notify registered users via the email address on file. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a betone account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close associate of betone or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had a betone account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

betone may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active betone account at any given time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited. betone reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and permanently close all but one account at its sole discretion.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your betone username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You must notify betone immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. betone will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your betone account at any time by contacting the support team. Where a player requests closure for responsible gaming reasons, betone will action the closure promptly and apply any applicable self-exclusion measures. betone may also close an account at its own discretion if it determines that the account has been used in violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits

Deposits are ordinarily credited to your betone account balance in real time. In exceptional circumstances — such as a payment processor outage or a network delay — crediting may take longer. If your deposit has not appeared within 60 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

betone does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside betone's control.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your betone account.
• Your account must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus balance that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fulfilled.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• betone reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above ৳50,000.

betone aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Funds are typically received in the destination mobile wallet within minutes to a few hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

betone offers bonuses and promotions from time to time to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus rules that apply unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• betone reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Where betone reasonably believes that a player is abusing a bonus offer — including through coordinated play with other accounts, matched betting, or low-risk wagering patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play — betone reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on betone are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted only at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. betone is not responsible for displaying incorrect odds due to technical errors; any bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at betone's discretion.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Live in-play bets are subject to delay and may be refused if the relevant event has already concluded or if the market has been suspended.
• betone reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, betone's decision is final and binding on all parties.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are settled according to the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant tournament.

8. Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on betone — including slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules embedded within the game software and the terms of the relevant game provider.

betone does not alter game outcomes. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology where applicable. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are disclosed within the game information panels.

• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment instruments to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that conceals the origin of funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or betone's internal systems without authorisation.

10. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betone shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. betone's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betone account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betone does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. betone will endeavour to minimise downtime and to communicate maintenance periods in advance where possible.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

betone collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

14. Amendments

betone reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page. Where changes are considered material, betone will notify registered players via email. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes
